Work through these four checks
Most connection problems after landing are solved by a setting, not by a new plan.
1. Restart the phone
Turn the phone off and on with the eSIM installed. This forces it to register on the local network again.
2. Check the eSIM is the data line
In settings, confirm the eSIM is switched on and selected for mobile data. If your usual SIM is still the data line, the phone keeps trying to roam on your home rate, which is often blocked.
3. Turn data roaming on
Roaming must be on for the eSIM line, since you are a visitor on the local network. It stays off for your usual SIM, so that line remains protected.
4. Pick the network manually
Open the network selection screen and choose the operator listed in your plan. An automatic search sometimes holds on to a network your plan does not use.
Still offline
Give it a few minutes after landing, since some networks take a moment to release the connection. If nothing works, send us your order number and phone model through the support page and we will check the plan on our side.
